Lindsay, Montana picture tour on MontanaPictures.Net (Page two of two)

 
         71711  The view down Second Avenue in Lindsay, Montana.
         The two grain elevators you see in the panoramas sit near the Burlington Northern Rail Road.
         A big Montana "Thank you," goes out to T.C. for the history on the "Bloom "N Things" store in the right side of the Second Avenue panorama.
         The building was moved from Burns Creek near Savage, Montana to it's present location in Lindsay, Montana.
         The building was used from 1943 to 1997 as a store and the Lindsay, Montana U.S. Post Office.
 
         To really appreciate this area you need to read a book or two on Dawson County, Montana.
